They're going about this the wrong way. You shouldn't change your social aspects to bring in folks of a very small and very specific demographic when you're losing your base with your main recruiting supply lines because someone stupid@$$ decided we're the social guinea pigs (even Mattis openly had a problem with that based on his remarks from his book "learning to lead").
