MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. In my conversations with some Hawaiians, they'd love a Chinese takeover...of, they have zero idea of what would happen. Think Whitney's are colonizers? Wait 'til Xi arrives. Belt and Road is the "barrel of the gun" Mao so loved.
