Florida sheriff fires deputy who fatally shot AFSOC flyer

As well he should

Clearly, the deputy was in the wrong. What was worse is the Sheriff supported the shooting at first...until he didn't.

This is a tough one for me. I totally support the police, but it seems they are ready to deny our Constitutional rights from the moment they are on scene. This is the same department that had an officer open fire after an acorn dropped on a vehicle. He thought it was gunfire.
