Celebrate law enforcement during National Police Week

The bride (AKA “Boss Lady” as Cowboy would say) and I were on vacation in Nashville last week. While walking on the south side of Broadway between 3rd and 2nd there was a construction pedestrian sidewalk where we stopped for a while material were being offloaded. A police officer saw the backup and halted the material transfer while guiding us past the area. As I passed him I looked him in the eye and said, “Thank You.”. I could see gratitude in his eyes. There are good people all over we need to remember them.
