Disparate Impact Thinking Is Destroying Our Civilization

I agree, merit is important -- As iron sharpens iron, so shall a man sharpen another. People complain about poor service at the fast food place; wait until we see poor service with surgeries, air travel, building construction, etc. Putting undue importance on irrelevant characteristics is not making those professions better
