Lt Col Charlie Brown, Anything that can help the blind and all disabled people is a good thing but I doubt that this technology can replace a good guide dog.

She's Totally Blind On Her Left, With A Blurry 20/40 On Her Right....
And For $50,000, It's A Bargain. ~ Expensive, Perhaps, But Not For What She'd Be Getting.
And It's Only In It's Infancy ~~ Give It 5 More Years And It May Contain A Device Which Will Guide The Person To Their Destination, Automatically ~ Somewhat Similar To Using GPS. I'd Love To Drop A 50 On It, Think It's Worth Every Cent
