These are all great suggestions. I'll just add that some will work better for others depending on your personality. Personally I need to get outside and do some physical labor, that of course will lead to better quality sleep. But for those who are close to family may find reaching out to parents and siblings is best for them.

The PTSD can be treated by medical intervention Psy.D, and Counseling specialist with cognitive behavioral therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and medication therapy

Without clinical intervention the odds of suicide are quite high.
