I don't see how the fine can not be reduced since all loans were paid in full and on time. Technically there was no harm caused by his actions.

This case will be the stuff of legend for the banana republic antics of the state of New York. We're I evil and a Texas attorney General, I'd bring two suits. One against the Clinton foundation and the other against the Bidens. Just to start the ball rolling. Both entities have damaged Texas in some way and its time to find out how they did it. LOL
