Sorry, should have gone to "If you live in Florida you totally understand why this is good for the nation." comment. Although I did not like Desantis disloyalty, he seems to be doing a good job in Florida and would have been on the VP list, but not now after his comments about President Trump

DeSantis is a great Governor. He was smart to exit with grace and support the overwhelmingly popular Republican candidate, Donald Trump, and also gain kudos from that candidate. For the immediate future, the Governor can keep safeguarding and prospering Florida, while also being open to a possible position in the Trump presidency. Or running in 2028. Good tactical move.
