Hopefully this one has something a little different than the usual...I could write the script for their movies...

During the holidays, one of my 'traditions' with the wife is to gorge on the new holiday movies. I have trouble keeping up with who's showing what, so I usually just do a wishlist search for the DVR of "Christmas" and "2023" (this year .. obviously was 2022 last year) and that usually ends up with 50+ recordings primarily from Hallmark, Great American Family, Hallmark Movies and Mysteries, and a smattering from Lifetime and other places.
I saw the trailer for this one and the first thing that popped into mind was "Groundhog Day meets Hanukkah". Always liked the time-loop movies when they are done well and this sounds like it has promise.
Like Lt Col Charlie Brown said, the plots on the movies do become repetitive (doesn't stop my wife and I from just enjoying the mindless entertainment of them for a couple of hours though). You can count on "Kissus Interruptus" as a plot item, the female lead (almost always) doing a 'front tuck' (French tuck) if she's wearing a sweater, a 'major' conflict that happens around the 1.5 hour mark (of a 2-hour movie) and everything being resolved after the last commercial break.
