Pro-life activist and Catholic father of seven Mark Houck and his wife are suing the Biden Department of Justice over Houck’s shocking arrest last year by an estimated 20 armed FBI agents at his Pennsylvania home in front of his children. The DOJ targeted Houck, who leads a nonprofit group that provides sidewalk counseling at abortion clinics in Philadelphia, over an incident from 2021 involving his then-12-year-old son at a Planned Parenthood abortion facility. The family says Houck, who was facing 11 years behind bars and fines up to $350,000, was defending his son from a harassing pro-abortion activist. In January, Houck was acquitted of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances a.k.a. FACE Act charges
