It sounds like a frivolous lawsuit to me. And the attorneys get 50% of Legal fees and judgments period people here on the left complain About oil companies making so much profit. But that's the biggest problem with today's US is the legal lobby makes billions either way.
Plain tubes that should be added should be the National Guard adjutant general of Washington DC., Nancy Pelosi and her sergeant-at-arms. Who are also responsible for security and who turned down requests for help beforehand.
The National Guard and the democrats were too afraid of optics, but once the riot actually came about, they overreacted by putting thousands of troops in Washington DC with no things to do and no threat looming at all..
I also remember reading the operations order from the Washington DC National Guard that had one platoon of military police on Stand By under the direct control of the 2 star general. That platoon was never deployed. So blaming trump for everything is really stupid.
Why didn't democrats help out the District of Columbia police chief beforehand? Democrats like to make president trump the scapegoat when they are a bunch of screw ups themselves!
