Army cancels 7,500 PCS orders to fix funding error as shutdown looms

How does the Army lose 15,000 PCS orders? Has every facet of government and the services gone to shit at the same time? Heysoos Kriest!!!

What can I say. When you join the Army or any of the other services, they pretty much own you and you have to go where they say. You knew this when you joined, If yoy don't like then get out. It aint pretty but thats the way it is.
