My point is that people need to get off their behinds and stop just hoping a case somehow finds it's way to the supreme court. If you live in Washington, or New Jersey, or wherever, stop just hoping someone challenges the law or that a court decides to file a temporary injunction and conduct a judicial review. Get some people together or find an advocacy group, pool up some money, and find a lawyer to take and escalate the case. I'm lucky enough to live in Wisconsin where the crazy hasn't fully taken hold.
Folks need to be more active in their resistance.

LTC Trent Klug nothing wrong with the Springfield rifle. My dad had a 1903- A3. He also had a Marine Corps issue national match M1 Garand that he got from the Marine Corps in 1972 buying it on Surplus for 300 bucks. He sold it before he passed away in 2002 for about 1600 bucks. It had NM stamped all over it and it was an official sniper rifle. I could use an sks, and M1 carbine or even an M14 but for Close Quarters like the M4 that I had in Iraq and Afghanistan.

My dad was the poster boy for the 47th division Minnesota National Guard that was getting mobilized and taking a train and truck to Fort Rucker alabama.
