U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan a result of poor planning, communication, report finds

The poor planning was on the Biden administration in general, and specifically the State Department and the Pentagon. They put US personnel needlessly in danger and 13 were killed because of the poor planning.

If we'd have planned it the way it was, we would have been relieved at the very least.
