Lt Col Charlie Brown I wanted to be an archeologist at one point in my youth and that desire never really went away. Think that's why I enjoyed Turkey so much, I was poking around ruins every chance I had.

There are probably hundreds of undiscovered Mayan ruins in Central and South America. I have watched documentaries on the civilization. It was was remarkable how many ruins are buried in the forests of Central and South America.

El Dorado may yet be found !! Remember even in Today's Egypt New Tombs are being discovered. And that is just sand. Centuries have let the Jungle double and triple canopy the former civilizations in Mexico/ Latin America/ South America. Let alone the ground vegetation and its unchecked growth. Some cities in the Central and South American continents have just in the last half of the past century been rediscovered.
