A pipe dream. Soldier loads have always been too heavy. I saw the original packing list for D-Day. It was a nightmare of planning for everything, except the assault at hand. My ruck for going into Panama during Just Cause weighed in at over 120 pounds. And we were supposed to be light infantry.
