Leave forms may be gone, but admin headaches endure for some soldiers

Just like how eMILPO was supposed to streamline processes by communicating between multiple systems, IPPS-A, IMO has fallen flat. While some things have been streamlined, other issues still remain. This also falls again on commander's who like to add to, but not take away from processes and regulations. Another glowing issue with an army system is ArmyIgnited.
