Unless there's something more to the story, what was the Battalion Command Team thinking? It brings to mind an incident at Fort Lewis in 77 or 78 when a tank battalion commander was relieved. The battalion was conducting a Dining In which apparently also featured a stripper. It was during the time when some mind sets from the Vietnam war were being shed. The stripper was attacked and the Battalion Commander being the highest ranking officer on site was held accountable along with several other folks present. It was certainly an example of what NOT to do as a leader.
