Bio
Grew up in Western NY state. In the Army 2 weeks after 17th birthday, brand new HS diploma in hand. Had spent 2 summers with relatives in Aberdeen, MD, ('66 & '67) got to know both enlisted and officers there, that was my inspiration. Knew in BCT that come hell or high water I was going to do 20.
Started out wrenching on helicopters, switched after Vietnam to medical field.

After RVN, every assignment -until my final assignment - was in a mental health - substance abuse counseling center. I retired from EAMC as NCOIC of Outpatient Psychiatry and Psychology Services.
