Interesting that he was unconcerned about our enemies getting our technology in Afghanistan.

These will likely be used as medium range artillery pieces and not as front line tank battalions.
Sending them top line tanks was never in the calculus, and it gets them off our books. Shows the world that we are sending equipment, but not the stuff we would use in a war. Really didn't expect any more from this.
