As far as I am concerned the VBA staff is inefficient and takes much too long to respond.

It's funny that this would cause burnout. You never hear that about IRS employees and all the returns they process. I wonder why?

Its intresting that that idiot, Biden can find funds to hire a bunch of IRS gestapo agents to harass all of us but not for VA claims. I personally don't have claims problems but a lot of my fellow vets do.
