Good...should be charged with secondary manslaughter. IMHO! If you are going to own a firearm own it the right way by securing it away from children.

Nobody died, so a manslaughter charge would be inappropriate. However, agree with the sentiment that if you are reckless with firearm storage you should incur some liability if a child gets ahold of them.

COL Randall C. - Thanks...I meant to say attempted manslaughter if there is such a thing. Reckless endangerment or attempt to inflict bodily harm. Either way...she needs something.
