As if he knew anything about AI, let alone intelligence

U.S. Presidents are far from experts in any field of technology. They only can see through political eyes and usually see only forecasts of doom and gloom, while forecasting glee and prosperity during their term. I forecast that there will be those who weaponize AI and those who do not. But, I may stand corrected as it was President Biden, who warned us!
