SPC Robert Coventry "Military Police"? We Don't have "Military Police" We Have Master at Arms, Respectfully Badge #9 Naval District Washington! LOL! Also We don't waste Manpower unless absolutely necessary, You really have to screw the Pooch to end up in the Brig Underway!

The USS Ranger's brig was run by the Marine Detachment until sometime in 1982 after the death of a Sailor who had been confined. The Sailor died of complications from heat stroke after conducting physical training on the flight deck. He had been denied water after the exercises. He became belligerent in the brig, he was subdued by Marines and Sailors, lost consciousness, and then pass away. A large number of officers and faced charges.

SPC Robert Coventry I worked for the Federal Bureau of Prisons for over 20 years. It's amazing how they become so frail and fragile...after committing their crimes. But then again, that's what excess amounts of drugs and alcohol do to people.
