Taking a deep breath once in a while seems to help also upright posture as opposed to failure to stand up straight and tall with drooping over effecting not only breathing but can make pain in Your feet and legs. Sounds simple but it doesn't take a lot of effort. Not a fix all but it helps.

The old pre-action 4 seconds in through the nose, hold for 7, breathe all out for 4 through the mouth works very well. Repeated at least 4 or 5 times.
