CPO William Glen (W.G.) Powell Probably, I think they were just trying to make a tech statement. The dash cam made the difference.

SGT (Join to see) Yes I’m sure it did, physically at the beginning of his firing I thought he initiated the exchange but he seems to to react to being shot at before he began firing. He admitted cutting the other driver off and brake checking him. I have been shot at and find it a little hard to believe a plastic water bottle hitting the car sounds like a gun shot.
