Forget Ukraine, the US Military Should Annihilate the Cartels

This is what is an immediate threat to us and our country.

RAH RAH RAH ! Sounds good on paper, bad idea if you try to put it action. 1 Mexico will never go along with it, this would be seen as the 3rd invasion of their country (Very Cruz, 1917 and ....). 2 Too many civilian casualties which will make the Mexicans even madder. 3 Too many Cartels affiliations/gangs already here in the US (kill some down there, they kill a bunch of us up here). 4 Too widespread, the Cartels are now ingrained in the Mexican Govt. from the street cop to the Presidential Palace and all forms of business.
A more viable solution would be 1 BUILD THE WALL and CLOSE THE BORDER, this will slow down the narco trafficking and invasion to a trickle, increase ground detection equipment to find tunnels in areas prone to those. 2 Bring home all manufacturing from Mexico until they get rid of or rein in the Cartels, this will really hurt the Mexican economy and prestige, plus it will bring jobs back here. 3 Stiffen drug trafficking convictions and make drug related murder a life sentence at minimum, that includes accidental death by drugs knowingly sold that are laced with high doses of opioids.
I could go on, but are some more valid and less intrusive way to combat the Cartels that won't get our people or civilians killed.
