Good for them. Unless Russia is just futzing around in Ukraine, I don't see much from them. And right now China appears to be hamstrung by their support of Russia. I could be wrong and it all could be a lesson in The Art of War.

It's good for our troops to be training in the cold. It seems like most of our current battles have been in hotter places since the begining of Vietnam throught the Gulf wars. Perhaps, that this week they should be training in the southern U.S. with that cripiling cold spell throught the south.
