APOD: 2023 January 9 – Tails of Comet ZTF

Good morning, Rallypoint, and welcome to the January 9th edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD): "Tails of Comet ZTF." Comet ZTF will be closest to Earth on January 12th (this week!). The image looks great here, but if you visit the astrophotographer's web site you'll see that he has a bit of a setup supporting his efforts (I couldn't find today's APOD or any notes on his setup). But there may be something to see if you are up between 4-6AM later in the week. I'll post a location chart in a separate comment so you can see where to look.
