Aint nobody gonna understand that banner. This is the 43 page PDF that presents NY States case before SCOTUS, in the matter of the CCIA. The State enacted the law and there was an immediate suit to declare it unconstitutional. The trial judge did exactly that. NY appealed to the 2nd Circuit, which agreed with the initial ruling. NY then appealed to SCOTUS. I didn't read all of it. Hell, I didn't read most of it. I stopped when I read NY's defense of the "Good Moral Character" clause. I chuckled and thought too my self; "You guys don't stand a chance.". But, I'm just one guy with an opinion.

Hitler wouldn't have fit well in that "Good Moral Character"
clause, yet he was elected to the highest office of his land..
Perhaps politicians should have to adhere the same, exact
standards of "Good Moral Character" prior to election day.
