Supreme Court temporarily halts expiration of Title 42 border policy

Title 42 is about stopping the spread of Covid-19. Is it still applicable? By now I would think everyone has been exposed. The next Congress is going to have to address the border situation. It should have already. I think it hasn't because the congress critters are afraid to vote on it because the people will be watching and some of them know they would lose their seats in congress when the results of the vote were made public. My Opinion.
