Today is the anniversary of the ratification of the Bill of Rights. These 10 Amendments differ from the ensuing 17 Amendments in that they are core to the Constitution as drafted by the Framers. The rights recognized and preserved are also fundamental, beginning with the first two — the rights of free speech (among others in the First Amendment) and to keep and bear arms.

We've been aware of this but we needed evidence. So why aren't the various
heads of the FBI under indictment now that we have that evidence in-hand?

That is certainly a very valid question and one I'd also like to see a remedy to and prosecutions that haven't happened that should have base on evidence and NOT political power or gain. ! The rot started at the top and worked down.
