My point of view: The headline is misleading. Getting an order of protection against somebody, even somebody that lives half way across the country, is not that difficult if you have the funds to pay court costs. Tell the Judge, "I'm afraid of that person and I don't want them near me.", The judge might scratch his head in wonder, but He/She will probably grant the order. Et Viola, someone 4 states away loses their 2nd Amendment Rights? I'm throwing the BS flag on this one. The Texas Judge was correct in His ruling, in this country we are innocent until Proven guilty.
