Yeah...they are going to be a tad harder to hit as a valid target in a urban setting... But they will get hit. This idea that "We promise not to..." was bullshit when they signed the "Pledge" so yeah ... This is how I would take on America...

If I was China or Russia...

Make like 10 million of these things... land them all in on city... go to work. After killing off everything that opposed them...then send in the live troops for clean up. No need for nuking everytown USA... just drone the shit outta them.

But this is also based on the saving of human life... whereas the Chinese and Russians don't give a shit about the cannon fodder they have for troops.
