Judge Rules Federal Ban on Guns With Removed Serial Numbers Is Unconstitutional

Requiring a serial number on pistols is just an easier way than placing the pistol at the scene of a shooting. I doubt the purpose of serial numbers is to track killers but a way to track citizen purchases of firearms.

I have a lot of conflicting thoughts on this issue, but when it is all boiled down when idiots and criminals want guns to do bad or crazy stuff, they get them. We have to protect ourselves in those situations. Nuff said.
