No one, I repeat, no one has been convicted of just marijuana possession and sent to prison. That was confirmed just a couple of months ago in a Senate hearing.

I guess I am ok with this. Marijuana IMHO shouldn't be a crime when we have it now in dispensary's and some states it's openly legal. Cops now don't even bother with the paperwork or arrests unless it is tons of it in a distribution line. I say, openly allow it from MJ stores, tax the $#!+ out of it like cigarettes and alcohol and move on.
