Its been reported many times, masks do very little to prevent the spread of this Virus, finally some who have vehemently opposed and even put down Anti-Maskers are starting to see their error.

Repeating myself, anyone who has ever donned MOPP gear understands the limitations of masks outside a trained and monitored environment. MSgt Dale Johnson Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen MAJ Byron Oyler

Mask wearing has also caused eye problems and infections.https://doi.org/10.1016/j.ajoc.2021.101032

I bet somewhere you'll find that masks caused pregnancy too. You mask deniers amaze me. I had a procedure in the hospital in June. I jokingly told the nurse that since masks don't work those in the operating room didn't need to wear one during my procedure. She politely told me that wasn't an option.

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Hey Sir you are making accusations in the wrong place. Never been a mask denier and will admit they do provide a barrier that not wearing one does not. Not breathing over an open wound is logical and people need to wear a mask when cutting (some operating rooms are negative pressure). Lets be real though, RSV is now being seen in the summer, flu is close to not having a season, and eye infections are painful and all this draws to wearing masks to long for an infection that was once very deadly. I have not been involved in a COVID admission since JAN or FEB and it is becoming no worse than the flu. Coronavirus until 2019 was a droplet virus and not until COVID did it become airborne 'necessitating the more expensive N95.' and yes, if a mask covering an ugly woman's face that otherwise would never get laid gets her laid, then yes masks can cause pregnancy.

PO1 Jeff Chandler - Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen is not that extreme but sometimes he takes from the liberal kool aid a little too much. Any barrier can stop both bacteria and viruses at a given time and place. The last two summers we have seen late RSV and flu seasons and I guarantee it has to do with mask wearing. Not having a well stimulated immune system can equally cause issues and the patients I have been exposed over the years has absolutely made my immune system strong. A mask is good at the right time and place and bad others. COVID has taken the mask wearing from good too bad over the last two year.
