APOD: 2022 August 20 - Stardust and Comet Tails

The last entry in today's backlog edition of Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is this from August 20th: "Stardust and Comet Tails." The 'comet tail' is from Comet C2017/K2 (PanSTARRS), now travelling through the constellation Scorpius. The 'stardust' is from the Blue Horsehead Nebula (IC 4592), a reflection nebula which lies about 400 light years from Earth. PanSTARRS will be closest to the Sun on December 19th.
