This is way passed due yet many republicans will try to block it due to their obvious complicity to destroy our Constitution.

MSG Stan Hutchison you are right, I'm not counting my chickens before they hatched but I'm saying that this is what Republicans have been saying on Fox Business. And regular Fox News is if they are successful and getting the House and Senate. The Scofflaw department heads Within Homeland Security and the Attorney General's office were going to be in front of a committee but watch the Republicans not tell the Democrat minority leaders who they can and can't pick to help cross-examine it so it won't be a kangaroo court like the January 6th hearing is right now. Democrats will be there to try to defend them and they'll be pretty hard to do when we will have federal law on the books that are not being followed by the attorney general and buy the head of the Department of Homeland Security. At least Democrats will be allowed to be there without any political wrangling like Nancy Pelosi did telling my no leader McCarthy who he couldn't put on the January 6th Kangaroo Court Star Chamber panel.

Correct me if I am wrong, Kevin McCarthy chose last summer to withdraw all of his nominees to the Jan 6th committee — based on the dispute you mention with Nancy Pelosi, however it was over her rejection of his first two choices — and that was a turning point that left the nine-member investigative committee without a single ally of Mr. Trump.
His error has left those Allies of Trump no insight to the inner workings of the committee. It’s been said that many Republicans loyal to Trump are unhappy with not knowing what is happening behind closed doors. Am I right?!?

SFC Terry Cole yes, you are right. But I know next year if the House and Senate are Republican and they impeach the attorney general and the Homeland Security chief, the Republicans will not meddle in their choices. And Nancy Pelosi talks about Republicans and the threat to democracy? The first time a 232 years, a speaker of the house told a minority leader who they can and cannot pick. That is unethical

SFC Terry Cole - In answer to your question: YES. It has been shown that the wearing of masks by children in Elementary grades (K - 6) has interfered with their social and speech progression. There has been NO provable gain for any of it. As for my main point however, it was CRT, LBGT, and sexual Identities (male/female) that does NOT need to be pushed down Elementary School children's throats. Especially when they tell the Parents that they are NOT doing it and the child brings home the papers the Teacher said NOT to show your Parents.
You can pick a side if you want, but remember: You can be FIRED & Arrested for Sexual Harassment in the workplace UNLESS you are a Teacher teaching it to children.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - What "shoe" are you referring to? I stated facts, not shoe styles. If the "shoe fit", I would NOT be complaining about it would I? Try again.

MSgt Steve Sweeney - Keep living in your rose colored glasses area. You probably believe that Trump is responsible for Covid19, Inflation, and gasoline prices. Because the MSM and the DNC told you so.
It is a FACT that the National School Board asked for and got the DOJ to add parents that challenged the School Boards on CRT or LBGT items put on the Domestic Terrorist list and investigated.
Enjoy your life MSgt.

NOT A GOOD IDEA!!! I did not serve almost 40 years to be called a terrorist because I do not agree with the policies and ideals of the liberal progressives (socialists/communists) in elected office across the US. Example, the San Francisco City Council declaring NRA Members as domestic terrorists. They later recanted after an effective ad campaign and the treats of multiple individual and class action liable lawsuits that would have bankrupted the city.
Or how about the Obama IRS being weaponized against conservative groups like the TEA Party and such. Then they were attacking 501c nonprofit status applications to starve the conservatives of funding effective political actions groups while "green lighting" liberal "progressive" groups. They also targeted for IRS harassment anyone trying to start a "TEA Party" like group which lead to many an individual bankruptcy. Meanwhile, there are no IRS actions against groups and individuals like BLM where they exposed the progressive agenda. Now, with current revelations that the Biden IRS is stockpiling arms and munitions, I am concerned that weaponization has been taken up several notches and could lead to even more excesses.
How about the Biden DOJ and FBI have started to call terrorists "moms and dads" that speak out against school boards that have imposed progressive subjects such as CRT and LGBTQ it primary school students. There are numerous credible news stories of parents being arrested at their homes for speaking out at School Board meetings. There is the leaked emails and letters of Department of Health & Education to the FBI to put on terrorist watch lists parent groups forming to counter what many parents see as the indoctrination of their children towards Unamerican ideals, principles and governance. In effect these parents are being demonized for exercising their parental rights and responsibilities. This is a step towards Nazism and the stripping of free speech, abuse of power by the "progressive" Democrats and weaponization of our justice system against us all.
SO NO WONDER THAT "One of the reasons the U.S. struggles to act on domestic terror is concerns banning labeled domestic terrorist groups would infringe on the First Amendment, according to Rebecca Best, an associate professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City who has studied the difference in policing domestic and foreign terror groups."
