Biden praises high gas prices as part of ‘incredible transition’

From what I have been watching, Biden has the clinical of age related mental issue/s. It is a shame those who use him as a figure head do not care about him. Or, he would be allowed to rest on the beach.
The higher gas prices are a direct result of shutting down two oil pipelines. One in the Artic and the other in Canada. The increased cost to move oil on trains and truck are felt in the stores as food prices continue to rise. Begging OPEC to increase oil production or asking south America to increase oil flow only proves the current administration is full of ideologs that have no common sense and could care less how inflation affects American citizens. Throw in open borders where criminal elements flourish harming everyone. Not to mention how controlled diseases can become uncontrolled by not knowing who is entering our nation. Only increases harm to American citizens. Yet, the current administration has sent billions to Ukraine to defend it's border with Russia.
Increased oil price, increases food price, open borders brings increased crime and disease and it appears we are at war with Russia. Did anyone here on RP vote for that?
The French Revolution stated over food. So did a few other revolutions. History will repeat itself here too if American policy does not change course and bring inflation down. The next step in the process is rationing which brings hording. Physical violence follows soon after as the poor riot to feed their children. Government grows in the name of peace.

You know what? I would be OK with the higher prices if they were honest about it. I don't like it, but climate change IS happening. And it WILL continue to get worse.
So, if you want to pitch this as an unfortunate but necessary byproduct of a necessary move away from fossil fuels, I'm on board. I will cimb on board grudgingly, and with a grumble or two, but I *will* climb on board. I'll pay my extra share.
But don't lie to me. Don't tell me it is Russia's fault or that you never intended it or that nobody could have predicted it. You knew. And you chose to lie. And *that* will get me pissed off pretty damn quick.

I remember ration cards in Germany and my parents grew up during the depression. It’s time for politicians to care about the American people first! Let’s hope midterms helps to change the current course or I fear the worst is yet to come...just my two cents
