Inflation soars 8.3% in April, hovering near 40-year high

It's going to get worse than this before the cycle ends, probably in recession unfortunately.

Just another campaign promise that turned out to be one big fat lie. However this administration may suck big time, but this administration is really great at lying and blaming.

That is concerning enough as an overall assessment. On an individual basis I'm guessing your realized rate is as individual as your iris scan. With our lifestyle heavily skewed to lo-carb diet, RV travel and picking up kids after school, added to 40% water increase, lesser increases in other utilities, we've seen a 46% budget increase just this calendar year. Piled on top of 34% increase in 2021. Shocking when you have set your retirement budget anticipating a 5% annual inflation rate. (No, we're not setting up a GoFundMe account yet, but.......) :-)):-))
