Roe v. Wade protests outside Supreme Court after reported leak of draft opinion | USA TODAY

No surprise that POTUS Joe [supporter of induced abortion for virtually any reason at any time] is urging lawmakers and voters to fight for induced abortion to be Federal law - damn states rights.
I pray for the safety of Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett who each joined Samuel Alito.
Hopefully the leaker will be identified and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, after the 2022 midterms.
No doubt this was leaked by somebody supporting abortion at all stages, since it may well result in threats to the life of Justices Clarence Thomas, Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett all joined Alito.
It certainly has led to pro-induced abortion protesting at the Supreme Court, after pro-abortion Senators Amy Jean Klobuchar and Chuck Schumer urged lawmakers to end the filibuster and alerted their supporters.
Protestors quickly gathered at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C., after a draft opinion of the court's was leaked that suggested the court is considering a decision that would overturn the landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling that established a constitutional right to abortion. Politco was first to report the draft opinion, which USA TODAY could not independently verify.
The stunning leak of a draft opinion set off an unexpected firestorm around one of the nation's most divisive culture war issues, including protests in front of the steps at the Supreme Court.

LTC Stephen F. - I suspect this may fall under things we assume are illegal but are not and are just based on standards of conduct.

Probably not illegal but definitely against releasing controlled confidential information. Will not be prosecuted but whoever it is needs to be fired. I don't care if the leak came from a Rep or a Dem...leaking the private conversations and draft information from the justices is wrong. That is a breach of trust in that office among all justices.
BUT...I do believe it was leaked that the decision was going the other way, we wouldn't be having this conversation.

1. Since this has never happened before, prosecution for leaking sensitive information
may be possible. In any event who ever did needs to have their security revoked and hopefully they will be forbidden from gaining financially for any book or movie deal resulting from this. 2. If anybody is killed as a result of this leak in a riot, then this could be considered poisoned fruit ... SPC Kevin Ford -

LTC Stephen F. - The leaker should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Especially if one of the justices are behind it. They are no better than anyone else.

Well I suspect the results of the 2022 and perhaps the 2024 elections just changed.
