The statement by Jude Faccidomo, president of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), To Me is self serving because; If you shoot and kill an intruder, Mr Faccidomo, won't have a client to defend and therefore will be unable to make any money. You still need to have a really good understanding of your local laws.
