Kudos to Georgia for enacting Constitutional Carry, and to that Sheriff for building a training center for their citizens. Florida still doesn't have Constitutional Carry, but it is a high priority for Governor DeSantis.

Those "free" training classes for a CCW that will be honored out-of-state are exactly what I claim to be required Constitutionally. Just as no "poll tax" may be imposed on a citizen who chooses to exercise his right to vote, any expense for a CCW requirement must be paid for out of general revenue, not levied on a citizen who chooses to exercise his 2nd Amendment rights.
Now if Georgia can just drop the "application fee", that will be another step in the right direction.
