Thanks. I always read these in depth. I have zero tolerance for officers and enlisted who go bad. (Also HR wienies in general) Amazing story of unbelievable failures of the Navy, FBI, NCIS and of course the Lt. And the author of this article. Too many loose ends dangling. This clown enlists in 2005, becomes a citizen in 2006 and is discharged in 2007. After two years? Why? Six years later, in 2013 he goes through OCS. How? Somehow he is given a top secret clearance in 2012 prior to OCS. Again, how? Was the FBI rubber stamping background checks? He and his wife were running their own export business while she was on a Chinese company's payroll. They were exporting RHIBs and military grade motors. Do uplines not notice/monitor the affairs of their troops anymore? Did this clown's pulling the race card intimidate the FBI and NCIS investigators and chill the investigation at firearms violations? So many questions!
