Good grief. Trying to make drug use safer? Really? Well why not supply drugs along with drug paraphernalia? That is sure to make it all safer. I have had two people I knew very well die of drug abuse. This is insanity.

I am not a supporter of drug use including legalization of marijuana but I do wonder why the deletion of the word denies from the headline? If you don't go back to the original article, you get a different view than if you do. These type of programs have gradually evolved from a program that was first introduced in the 1940s which started off with alcohol abuse.
