This is sort of a win in NJ. I would not suggest celebrations at this point. A registration scheme got through, and there is still next year.

The assembly needs to stand firm and this stupidity about registration needs to be challenged in court

Good to hear news as long as nothing changes thru to January 10. I used to live in Jersey and hate to see this sort of senseless gun-grab legislation cook on the stove. Let it burn! If you're a Jerseyite, contact your rep before the current session end in January.
