True. However, Biden needs Manchin much more than the other way around. Seems extremely unlikely that Biden will reverse course on this and seriously irritate the radicals who have taken over the Democrat party, but it could be the only way to get his signature Build Biden Better legislation passed. Restoring our domination over the global energy market does more than lower gas prices even though some shallow pundits have focused on that effect. From a strategic defense standpoint, not depending on enemies for survival is recommended.

Manchin: “I continue to call on President Biden to responsibly increase energy production here at home and to reverse course to allow the Keystone XL pipeline to be built which would have provided our country with up to 900,000 barrels of oil per day from Canada, one of our closest allies.”

SGT (Join to see) The key problem here is the word “responsibly.”
The next key problem is, China is a closer ally to the Biden admin than Canada.
