As a christian, I'd say it's about time we reckon with our questionable treatment of the LGBT community. As well as the tendency of our faith leaders to commit unspeakable, irredeemable acts against children.

"tendency" is a broad brush that paints the frame as well as the canvass. Those who commit that sin should certainly answer others. All have not.
If, as a Christian, you have engaged in questionable treatment of the LBGT community, you should come to terms with that. But do not use the inclusive "we" to assume that all people of faith have committed "questionable" acts (whatever that means) One does not have to be accepting to be tolerant. Most of us have enough of or own sins to atone for without taking on those of others.

Irredeemable acts against everyone. These "evangelists" who are multi-millionaires are just modern-day snake oil salesmen

Did anyone need a bishop to tell them this? Whether one believes in God or not, someone's gender is not a choice of the individual. Do some men "feel" like women and vice versa? Sure. But that does not change their gender. The fact that we have people like the good bishop here asserting this is as ludicrous as scientists explaining to flat-earthers that we live on a sphere.

What about hermaphrodites?? Are they to remain as they are or do they (or their parents) choose a sex.

For some they have a full compliment of both XX and XY. There are several ways that this condition can occur, from adrenal dysfunction to the mother taking testosterone while pregnant. I am no expert but it's what I found with a short search.
